Fill out the Creative Impact Creator Interest Form.
In this form, you will share:

A short explanation of the cause you want to explore
After submitting the form, wait for approval before beginning your project.

Createive Impact team will review your submission for:

Approved projects may be featured on the Creative Impacy website or social media.
After your submission is reviewed and approved, Creative Impact may verify your completed service learning hours.
Creators may receive a certificate or confirmation of hours for their approved project.
